Founded in 1859 by the Quincy Mine Company, Hancock lays claim to the title of Michigan's northern-most city. Resting on the north shore of the Portage Canal, visitors will discover a quaint downtown with locally owned restaurants, plenty of water access and abundant outdoor activities.
