Biwako is known for their large selection of custom rolls. Biwako has a few non-sushi dishes, including some Korean standards, but the rolls are clearly the focus here. Standouts include the Las Vegas roll and the Volcano roll. Keep an eye on the specials board for latest roll creations. Great for families.

Best sushi in the Saline-Milan, Dundee area. great menu of sushi, Korean food, cocktails, and beer on point with favors. Well run restaurant with great music and food.

Good Service and food
This place is tucked in middle of stripmall. It is medium size though if you have a large group, it would be a challenge to find a table. Most are meant for 2-4 people. There is sort of a bar area...

First time and very impressed
Ordered takeout from their lunch menu for grilled salmon & shrimp skewer with vegetables and rice. Nice selection of slivered vegetables and rice. All very taste!

The place to be
Biwako sushi is an iconic saline restaurant. Everything on the menu is delicious, trust me I have had it all. The smooth jazz, fast service, and irresistible food is something you can't walk away...
