Brady Cottages

Ten minutes from Traverse City, our Silver Lake resort has two cottages on 3/4 acres with 70 ft. of private, sandy beach on Silver Lake. We have owned Traverse City Vacation Cottages since 1989 and take great pride in keeping our resort in tip-top condition. Over the years we have hosted hundreds of families who have enjoyed the magic of the cottage-on-a-lake getaway. Our beach is sandy - with no steps or stairs. Complete with docks, rope swings, a swimming raft, kayaks, and stand-up paddle board that are shared by our guests. Each cottage has their own outdoor table, charcoal grill and campfire pits with wood provided The following is a description of each of the cottages: The Willow Cottage, a two bedroom, one bath, 800 sq. ft. cottage, accommodates four people, located right on the edge of the beach. Maple Grove is a three bedroom, two bath 1100 sq. ft. cottage, accommodates a maximum of 8 people but no more than 6 adults. Maple Grove has direct beach frontage with a 60 ft. grassy yard between the cottage and the beach. The cottages are situated to provide both a sense of privacy as well as a common area. We live on the property and have an additional 30 ft. of lake frontage for our personal use - we also have our seaplane and boat docked on our own dock.
