Cafe Cortina

Owned and operated by the Tonon family since 1976, Café Cortina is more than just a restaurant – it is a gathering place for special, meaningful celebrations – a place to break bread, build relationships and embrace the true meaning of hospitality. Located in an Italian countryside-vineyard-like setting in Farmington Hills, this is one of the country’s original farm-to-table eateries. From the beginning, Café Cortina has looked in its own backyard for culinary inspiration, while at the same time paying homage to its Italian roots. An on-premise garden supplies 70 percent of the needed summer produce, including herbs, heirloom tomatoes and a variety of greens, which make up the seasonally-influenced menu. Considered one of the Metro Detroit’s “best kept secrets” Café Cortina offers an extensive wine list and impressive menu. Elegant indoor spaces and an expansive tree-covered patio (seasonal) provide a romantic dining experience for couples and weddings, as well as catering to groups and other special events.
