Welcome to Cedar Point Cabins in Michigan's Upper peninsula. Our six cabins are nestled between Lake Superior and Look-out mountain on the shore of Lake Bailey. We are conveniently located two miles East of Eagle Harbor on M-26, and twelve miles from Copper Harbor.
We have four seasonal cabins, open May thu Oct. There are two, two-bedroom cabins and two, one-bedroom cabins. They are fully equipped and linens are provided.
NEW FOR 2015.. two, one bedroom year-round cabins. Now enjoy all the seasons of the Keweenaw in your vintage themed cabin in a quiet, wooded setting.
We provide our guests with free use of canoes and kayaks on Lake Bailey. We also provide one free stack of firewood, picnic tables and charcoal grills. We do allow well behaved pets. We DO NOT provide personal towels or charcoal.
Lake Bailey is a shallow, wilderness lake just right for canoeing, kayaking, watching wildlife and fishing. It is not a swimming lake, but numerous area beaches are available.
Copper Harbor is home to world class mountain bike trails, hiking trails, light house, small shops and restaurants. Bockway Mountain drive greets you with beautiful vistas of Lake Superior shoreline. Watch for freighters, observe migrating birds, or view a sunset.
Winter activities include downhill and cross country skiing, snow-shoeing, attending a dog sled race, or just watch it snow from a window of your warm cabin.
