Peaceful camping in the middle of a city? Where else but in Auburn Hills. We have 6 log cabins nestled in Hawk Woods' 80 acres of beautiful woods, meadows and marsh. With 2 miles of groomed nature trails, a marsh boardwalk and giant oak trees you'll think you're up-north. Five cabins feature table and benches, ceiling fan with light, and sleeps 6. Our larger cabin also has a couch and sleeps 10. A large charcoal grill is available, or if you would rather, you have the option of cooking over the campfire at one of 2 fire pits. After an exhilarating day spent outdoors, enjoy a hot shower in our clean, modern restrooms. Our cabins are available to rent May 1st through October 31st. Cabin fees: $30 Auburn Hills residents/$40 non residents per night for cabins that sleep 6. $50 Auburn Hills residents/$70 non residents per night for cabin that sleeps 10. A refundable security deposit of $50 is due at time of registration along with rental fees. When you rent all 6 cabins you will have use of the lodge at no additional charge if it is available.
