The Emerald gives every golfer that "up north" feeling without traveling for hours. Along with the course's breathtaking views and natural beauty, you'll also find bent grass greens along with tees and fairways that are beautifully and meticulously maintained and represent some of the finest in golf and the Emerald's multiple tee placements will provide enjoyment for all golfers. The course's large greens are relatively flat and the fairways are wide, but there are a lot of trees and sand bunkers that can alter your shots and water hazards (creeks) come into play on several holes. The 6,003-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 73.8 and slope of 127. The new clubhouse with it's scenic views overlooking the course is the perfect place to plot your strategy on the course, to rest and relax after 18 holes and/or to enjoy the scenery and serenity of this course.
