Historical three story building in downtown Howell. Built in 1881, the first floor has been renovated and serves as a public and private event venue: fundraisers, art exhibits, concerts, classes, banquets, wedding receptions, dinners, business meetings, live performances and more. The two floors above house the original theatre, ticket office and balcony but are not yet restored and is not available for public use. Tours are available of the theatre. Building is a Michigan Historic Site and is also on the National Historic Register
