It is situated in the childhood home of the Father of Modern Horticulture, Dr. Liberty Hyde Bailey Jr. Built in 1858 by Liberty Hyde Bailey Sr., the museum is set in a park featuring themed gardens demonstrating aspects of Dr. Bailey's books and research. The grounds include a nature path through the woods and shady picnic areas.

A quick stop but worth it.
This was a quick stop but worth it. It was interesting to learn about this pioneer of horticulture. The grounds were nice to walk around.

Worth a quick stop
It's nice, it's small, it's free. Tells a good story. Short little walk through the woods in the back with some signage and statues.
