North Coast Place is the new Small, Smart, Sustainable Lodging & Serviced Apartments Community in Marquette. Our property offers single queen and double queen Lodging Rooms as well as studio apartments. We proudly carry organic amenities like coffee, tea, sugar, and sustainable toiletries, bamboo paper products and Boxed Water is Better in each unit.

Stay in one of our simple Lodging Rooms! Our updated rooms offer all the standard amenities, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We are a contactless property (online check in/out).
