The Royal Stag Lodge
The Royal Stag Lodge is a late 1940s, wide plank knotty pine, tongue and groove lodge built on a massive exposed beam construction frame. From every window in the house you have a river view, and most importantly those relaxing sounds of flowing water over rocks, mother nature, peace and quiet flowing in.
The lodge is built on a peninsula so your wrapped 300 degrees in water frontage. On the north end inside the lodge, is a 60' wall of floor to ceiling windows where you are consumed by the river views only 15' away.
The lodge is 3,500 square feet with a larger than life wood burning fireplace and more custom features than you can even take in. 6 bedrooms (upstairs the Royal Stag master with full en suite bathroom - boasts a king bed. Down the hall overlooking the great room you have the Brook Trout room - which offers a single over full bunk set with a single pull-out trundle mattress below.)
Located on over 2,500 feet of private, secluded frontage, this northern Michigan oasis is the perfect getaway spot for large or multi-family vacation, reunions, golf, fishing/hunting trips or any other special occasion.
