Welcome to Serendipity House, located on Main Street in downtown Frankfort, Michigan. We offer five private suites just steps from the beach. Serendipity House is a large, two-story home with a big front porch and backyard with a fire pit, picnic tables and grill. Three of our suites on the first floor are adjoining and work well for family reunions or wedding parties. Each suite has a private entrance, kitchen and bath. The Betsie and Nannybird suites are one room and sleep 4. The Manitou and Lakeview suites each have one bedroom and a pull-out sofa and sleep four guests; the Sandune is the largest suite and accommodates up to eight guests. Our rates vary, depending on the season. High season is mid-June to Labor Day and our rates are lower in spring and fall. We're close to the Betsie River Trail, Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, marinas, excellent fishing, the Frankfort Pier, several golf courses, hiking trails, the Cherry Bowl Drive-Inn and vineyards. We're one block from the beach, and one block from the downtown retail area filled with unique shops and excellent restaurants, a first-run movie theater and brewery.
