Sherman Park is located on the upper St. Marys River and contains the city's only public beach. Amenities include a campground, a pavilion for rent, a playground, a large picnic area, horseshoe pits, a large outdoor grill, volleyball courts, nature trails and a view of the freighters. The campground is seasonal.
