The Garner family opened Sweetwater's Donut Mill in 1983 on Stadium Drive with the idea of a rustic, hometown donut shop which made big, gooey donuts, good coffee and provided a relaxed atmosphere which would appeal to a broad range of people including students, retirees, professionals, etc..
