Sylvania Wilderness Cabins

Sylvania Wilderness Cabins offers clean, comfortable lodging on the edge of the Sylvania Wilderness and Recreation Area - a vast, federally-designated non-motorized wilderness famous for its pristine lakes and old-growth forest. Our cabins are located on Crooked Lake - a 556 acre lake situated almost entirely (95%) within the wilderness area. Paddle across the still waters of a wilderness lake. Hike through spectacular forests of towering, centuries-old trees. Cast a line in fish-laden waters. Swim or snorkel in crystal clear lakes. Bike on tree-canopied roads pass lakes and through fragrant forest. Explore a vast wilderness home to loons, otters, eagles, pine martins, owls and more. Rest in the comfort of a warm, clean cabin. Sylvania Wilderness Cabins are newly remodeled, newly furnished cabins. All cabins include a bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, kettles and utensils. Canoe and kayak rental is available nearby through a local outfitter. We do not allow gasoline motorboats at our resort. We also do not allow pets. Smoking is not allowed in any of our buildings.
