The history of Theo & Stacy's restaurants dates back to the year 1973. Theo Skartsiaris, who immigrated to the United States from a small village in southern Greece, began a restaurant business with his brothers in Flushing, New York in 1969. Family dining in a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast, lunch and dinner specials. Senior citizen menu. Children's menu, best gyros, spinach pie and baklava on this side of the Atlantic.
