Water Street Glassworks

Water Street Glassworks is a non-profit glass and metal fine art school offering classes; public access studio, exhibits and events; tours and demonstrations; and a gallery of faculty and student work. Water Street Glassworks is also home to the nationally recognized Fired Up! teen glass program. Fired Up! is an after-school program offering an education in the art of glassblowing, flameworking, fusing and stained glass. Students are also taught the business of art through operating their retail art gallery and gelato shop, GelatoWorks, where they can sell their work and educate the public about the art of glass, while serving up delicious cool gelato to visitors observing glassblowing from our catwalk overlooking the Hot Shop. Closed Sunday and Monday.
