This waterfront home is ideally located between Marquette and Munising on Sand River in Northern Michigan's pristine Upper Peninsula. Clean air, water, wildlife, and beautiful scenery abound. The river is great for canoeing, fishing, kayaking and has easy access to beautiful Lake Superior and sand beaches. Home is less than a mile from the Mangum Rd. entrance to the North Country hiking trail, also near biking, skiing, casinos, golf, snowmobiling (we're located right on DNR trail 417) & snowshoeing trails, hunting, and many other outdoor activities. The spectacular Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Munising is also a reasonably short drive from the home and the beautiful maritime city of Marquette is a quick 20-minute drive.
